Display Guidelines
Scope
Each beneficiary of the cafe is invited to make a
wall display for showcasing at the cafe. ALL displays are asked
to comply with these guidelines for fairness and consistency.
Failure to comply may exempt the display from use.
Guidelines
- The wall display shall be 11x14 inches.
- The display should have a plastic or glass face to make
cleaning easy. A "Frameless Frame" type picture
frame is recommended. They are readily available from
local hobby stores for about $5-6.
- It must mount flush to the wall by a single secure
fastener. It will be hung by a small screw anchored into
the block wall with additional Velcro mounting for
stability.
- The display should include the name of the organization
and may also include description information such as
address, phone number, contact person, web site, etc., as
desired. Font, color, and layout style are the provider's
choice. (FYI: Asbury Cafe literature and displays use a
red & black motif with "Mead Bold" font for
titles and Arial for body text.)
- The display may include a picture of the facility or
other illustrative information. It MAY NOT
contain solicitations or religious verbiage, which are
prohibited by our contract.
- NOTE: The name Asbury Cafe®
is a registered tradename in the state of New Mexico. Any
reference to the name in brochures or on the wall display
should include the registered symbol as shown. Due to a
recent judicial ruling, displays other than those of
United Methodist Churches may NOT use the Methodist Cross
and Flame symbol.
