Instructions

BURGERS
 |
Grill burger well done and warm
bun on grill. No rare burgers. |

For cheeseburgers,
add slice of cheese to burger on grill when
nearly done. Cover briefly with metal pot lid to
help melt cheese. |
 |
Add green chile ONLY IF REQUESTED. Heat a serving of green chile on the
corner of the grill before adding to burger. |
 |
Place patty on
open face bun on 9" plate. |
 |
Add 4 dill pickle
slices on burger. |
 |
Add onion ONLY IF REQUESTED. |
 |
Add lettuce and tomato to the
side. |

HOT DOGS
 |
Warm frank and
bun on grill. |
 |
Add chopped
onions and/or green chile ONLY IF REQUESTED. |
 |
Wrap in wax paper
and serve. |

CHILI DOGS
 |
Warm frank and
bun on grill. |
 |
Place bun with
frank inside paper food tray and cover with ladle
of chili.. |
 |
Add chopped
onions and/or green chile ONLY IF REQUESTED |
 |
Serve on a 6" plate with
spoon. |

FRITO CHILI PIE
 |
Fill bottom of
paper food tray with corn chips and cover with
chili and beans. Top with grated cheese. Add chopped onions
and/or green chile ONLY IF REQUESTED. |
 |
Serve on a 6"
plate with spoon. |

BOWL OF CHILI
 |
Place a ladle of
chili into bowl. |
 |
Garnish with
grated cheese. Add chopped onions ONLY IF REQUESTED. |
 |
Serve on a 6"
plate with 2 packets of crackers and spoon. |
