Cafe Inventory Instructions

Inventory Process

  1. A Day Manager should complete the inventory between 3 and 5 PM.
  2. Record inventory "quantities on-hand" on the line marked STOCK for the current day.
  3. For items having less STOCK than the REORDER AT quantity, calculate the reorder quantify and enter on the shaded line marked ORDER for the current day. See Important Inventory Notes below.
  4. In the event that an item runs out or stock or becomes very low, contact the appropriate supplier listed below.
  5. Contact a Cafe Chairperson in the event of any problem.
  6. NO Inventory is taken on the last fair day. The closing inventory will be made the day after and returns made at that time.
