We use a color-code system to ensure the freshness of our pies. Color dots will be provided for all churches to be placed on the pies taken to the Fair each morning. On the first day there will be only one color for all pies. Thereafter, there will be two colors for the pies at the Fair: the color for pies delivered that day and the color for pies delivered on the preceding day. Always use the preceding day´s (oldest) pies first. At the end of each day, dispose of the pies that were delivered on the preceding day.
