Christ Care Ministry
What is a ChristCare Group?
ChristCare Groups are circles of care. Members of ChristCare Groups get to know and genuinely care for one another. They support and encourage one another through life's ups and downs. They have a deep sense of belonging to a caring Christian community.
ChristCare Groups have Christ at their center. Group members seek to become more fully devoted followers of Jesus. They search the Scriptures where Jesus finds them and takes hold of them. They offer their prayers and worship to God through Jesus Christ. They reach out, in Jesus' name, to serve and to proclaim the Good News.
Specifically, a ChristCare Group is a gathering of 3-12 people that meets on a regular basis for the purpose of:
- Mutual care and encouragement
- Prayer and worship
- Practical study that relates the Bible or biblical principles to everyday life
- Service or outreach to others
The group is led by a trained leader who receives ongoing support and encouragement for his or her ministry. The group independently chooses the topic of its study and the nature of its service or outreach.
In some cases, the members of the group share a similar situation or a common life experience. However, these groups, along with most other Christcare Groups, are open to everyone.

All those who desire to:
- Learn more about God
- Grow in their Chirstian faith
- Develop a closer fellowship with several other people
- Give and receive care during life's ups and downs
- Pray and worship God in a small group environment
- Discover and develop their gifts and special talents for ministry
- Reach out to others in practical ways with the love of Jesus

- Write ChristCare by your name on the registration pad in worship and someone will contact you.
- Leave your name, phone number and group preference with one of the clergy or the church office and you will receive a phone call.
